FS8 Induction - October 2025

What Is Induction?

FS8 Induction is an immersive, five-day, in-person training program designed to equip you with everything you need to run a successful FS8 studio. Held in Austin, Texas, this comprehensive training covers:

Days 1-2: 

• Athletics (all studio roles)

Days 3: 

• Head Trainer Induction (Head Trainers ONLY + Mandatory)
• Marketing & Finance (Managers, Owners)

Days 4-5: 

• Studio Operations & Structure
• Sales & Business Strategy
• Onboarding & Compliance

Induction is REQUIRED for all PRE-OPEN FS8 STUDIOS

Who Should Attend? 

Full Induction is MANDATORY for all new FS8 studio owners before opening their studios. While not required, we highly encourage key studio staff—such as studio managers, membership support specialists, head trainers, and trainers—to attend.

The Head Trainer Induction prepares head trainers not only to effectively teach the learned concepts, but also to mentor and cultivate the professional growth of their trainers within their studios.

Head Trainer Induction is MANDATORY for all FS8 Head Trainers. Head Trainers will need to register for Head Trainer Induction on the following registration form. 

What's Included? 

• Daily breakfast, coffee, lunch and snacks

• A group outing (attendance is required; see induction schedule for more info)

• A comprehensive workbook with essential resources

Important Notes: 

• The Induction cost does not cover the expenses for travel, accommodation, meals, or additional activities.

• Responsible parties at your studio will be sent an invoice for payment after Induction has been completed.

  • Full Induction - $500.00 USD
  • Business Managemnt - $300.00 USD
  • Athletics - $200.00 USD
  • Head Trainer Induction - $300.00 USD

Complete the registration to attend Induction. All participants must register in advance.
